The 2018-19 theatre season is now  beginning and the Capital Critics Circle hopes to bring you a wide variety of reviews  touching all the theatres in Ottawa (professional and community), as well as performances from elsewhere in Canada and around  the world.

We will also focus on the dance programme  at the National Arts Centre,  on French language theatre in Ottawa and the area, on  the student theatre at the University of Ottawa theatre programme, we hope to be reviewing work in Montreal, in Toronto, in Paris France and wherever else we might be.

Our members will be publishing on the IATC site  www.critical-stages.org, on the New York based site  theatretimes.com, on the parisian based site theatredublog.unblog.fr, as well as the Toronto based site  www.scenechanges.com as well as many more. Thus writings of the CCC are circulating in many places.

The names of our regular contributors are all listed on the  right hand sideboard of the site. Jane Baldwin is still reviewing at theatres in Boston and the state of New York, Natasha Lomonossoff is working out of Kingston this year (Queens University),  keeping us informed about theatre in that area and student theatre in Kingston as well as the 1000 Islands theatre on the Saint Lawrence.
